E-coating application training in Yanfeng Adient

Since the publication of the book 《Modern Electrophoretic Coating Encyclopedia》by HLS,the industry has given enthusiastic response and HLS continues to win the praise of many people in the industry. At the same time, HLS has received many warm invitations from enterprises, and invited HLS to give systematic training about E-coating technology for enterprises.

On January 12th, HLS entered ADIENT in Yanfeng to give the first course of 2018 E-coating application training.

Adhering to the values of "creating value for customers", HLS combines the results of previous training surveys and the suggestions of each student, dividing the training into two sections:1.E-coating site management 2.Analysis and prevention of film defects.

During the training, Mr Li, Manager of HLS Application Engineering Department introduced the concept of environment friendly painting workshop and the management requirements of all aspects of the site. He emphasized that on-site management must do well in combining resource of man, machine, material, method, and environment.

In order to vividly analyze the various situations that occurred during the painting process, Manager Li introduced more than 20 kinds of common film defects and corresponding countermeasures, which benefited the participants.The whole teaching process is rich in content and practical. The Q&A session is also full of enthusiasm and the participant learned a lot of professional knowledge and skills from the training.

This training is the first stop of HLS's “Into the Enterprise Service Customer” program. The training content is rich and practical, and has been highly recognized by the customer company. In the future, HLS will enter more companies, create value for more customers, and to solve the problems encountered during producing.
