The neutral salt spray test is carried out in a specific test box (electroplating equipment), in which salt water containing (0.5)% sodium chloride and pH of 6.5 ~ 7.2 is sprayed through a spray device, and the salt spray is deposited on the test piece to be tested. After a certain period of time, the surface corrosion state is observed. The temperature of the test chamber shall be (35±2)℃, the humidity shall be greater than 95%, the fog reduction quantity shall be 1 ~ 2mL/(h·cm2), and the nozzle pressure shall be 78.5 ~ 137.3kPa(0.8 ~ 1.4 KGF /cm2).
